GYROTONICŪ is a unique system of equipment and exercises that incorporates movement principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and tai-chi. This system stretches and strengthens muscles, while simultaneously stimulating and strengthening connective tissues in and around the joints of the body. GYROTONICŪ exercises are tailored for every body type and level of strength. Sessions are done individually with a GYROTONICŪ instructor.
GYROKINESISŪ is a class version of GYROTONICŪ performed seated on a stool and on a mat. This system works the entire body through simultaneously opening the joints of the body (spine, hips, shoulders, etc) while strengthening the abdominals and back. $20 for single/$150 for 10.
