Reformer Classes consist of up to 4 individuals with one trainer working on the classic Pilates Reformer. This is a great, economical workout! The Reformer works the whole body from the inside out. Strengthening the core, arms, legs, back and hips.
Exo Chair Classes get a great full body workout on the classic wunda chair that incorporates resistance bands for an even more functional workout! Same price as a reformer class. Up to 3 people per class.
Bar Classes ~ New! Utilizing a ballet bar, light weights and a mat this class will sculpt your legs, hips, abdominals and arms. This is a not a ballet class, we simply use the bar for balance and stability. This class incorporates the Pilates principles with intense muscle toning exercises for your whole body.
